Fal Sepeti’s main goal is to increase daily reading numbers. Therefore, they want to take the first spot in the market as the number one Future Seeing Platform in Turkey.

Fal Sepeti has faced its fair share of challenges, yet managed to remain steady through difficult times. As you may know, following the 2023 earthquake, the brand encountered another major setback in 2024. Due to certain operational issues, the website had to be temporarily shut down, cutting off access to our largest customer base in Turkey.

It hasn’t always been rainbows and butterflies. We’ve experienced tough moments, too. And while most case studies focus on success stories, we wanted to share the other side of digital marketing. The reality that stability can sometimes be more valuable than rapid growth. In certain periods, maintaining balance is what enables you to aim for sustainable growth later on.

That doesn’t mean standing still or waiting for better days. On the contrary, it’s about staying prepared and resilient, which is exactly what we did. Despite the limitations, we continued to invest time and effort into our marketing channels more than ever before.
